Soul Flow Yoga

Take the opportunity to find presence in your day with this class. Linking breath and movement to find your way deep into the soul. The slower pace of this class focuses on proper alignment & offers balancing challenges as well as core strengthening. The flow is created by linking a series of postures with the use of traditional vinyasa transitions. It follows the tradition of Ashtanga as Sun Salutations will be practised. 

Why should you take this class? This class is for anyone looking a great work out that leaves you feeling relaxed and zen. Prior Vinyasa experience is helpful, but not necessary.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha, is how we refer to the Westernized understanding of yoga. As yoga was integrated into the Western word, we striped it down to the physical exercise of yoga postures. This class guides you through 60 minutes of yoga poses. This is a fabulous class for starting or improving your yoga practice. You will strengthen and stretch at your own pace and learn foundational yoga postures.

Why should you take this class? This class is great for all levels. You can meet each pose with where you are at, depth and variation are always available.

Stretch & Unwind

This class is designed to bring both movement and stress relief to the end of your day. The warm (not hot) atmosphere encourages muscles to relax and become more pliable. Soft music, candle light, and gentle poses are all you need for an hour of self care!

Why should you take this class? Stretch and Unwind is perfect for those looking to start a yoga practice! We recommend this class for first timers, or those experiencing stress or chronic pain (or maybe you have kids- in which case, you earned this rest!)

Mom Fit HIIT

Join Torey, a certified fitness instructor, personal trainer, and triathlete for an upbeat fitness class for Moms and babes! She has a motivating and engaging class that is safe for postpartum (after 6 weeks minimum) and guaranteed to kick your butt!! Babies cry, need to be fed, and Mamas need to honour their bodies. Torey encourages you to listen to your body and your baby throughout the class. This class is warm not hot.

What you need? Yoga mat, bare feet , water bottle , baby or no baby

Why should you take this class?

Our bodies lose strength in certain places throughout pregnancy, compensating for the weight we are supporting out front! The goal of this class is to stretch and strengthen the postpartum body and move with your baby!

HOT HIIT

Total Body Conditioning

60 MINS *Hot Class

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. Based on Pilates principles, a Hot HIIT class offers a challenging, low impact, but full body, high intensity workout. Hand weights add another layer of strength building. Great for beginners who can choose the intensity of their practice. The studio is heated to 95 degrees with 40% humidity. This class is well established with great tunes, a fun atmosphere and lovely souls!

What to bring ?

Why should you take this class? If you want to strengthen muscles and burn fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. Recommended for all levels of fitness.

This class is best enjoyed with friends!

Yoga Sculpt

60 MINS Warm - Hot Class

 Power Yoga Sculpt has a strong focus on Strength & Intensity. This class combines hand weights, strength building and cardio, making this class unlike your typical yoga classes and more of a full body workout. However, what sets yoga sculpt apart from other intense workouts is that yoga sculpt, like all yoga classes, preserves the mental and meditative components of yoga. The temperature is set between 93 - 95 degrees Fahrenheit

Why should you take this class? The Playlist is set to motivating, high tempo and beat driven music to fuel your practice! You will work your body and then calm your mind; feeling stronger each time you practice.

Bikram- Hot 26 & 2

90 MINS *HOT *HOT Class

This is the original form of hot yoga, designed for those with an ADVANCED PRACTICE. It consists of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. Practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40°C) PLUS 50% Humidity, this is a challenging yet very therapeutic workout. The sauna-like atmosphere is not something to be undertaken for a first class.

90 minute classes & 75 minute variation are offered !

Why should you take this class?

The class is essentially a 90-minute moving meditation, known to heal injuries, boost the immune system, help with weight loss, over come depression and increase flexibility. Be prepared to sweat and work hard!

NOT Recommended for people that don’t like HOT

MEDITATION 

Yoga Nidra

60 MINS *warm not Hot

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that takes you into the depths of the subconscious mind and back out again. You will leave feeling deeply rested and at peace. A great way to beginning exploring meditation.. It's a wonderful way to release tension and stress from both the  body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. In this 60 min practice you are encouraged to remain still and listen, as you are guided through a rotation of consciousness, scan of the body and exploration of the breath.
