Join us for a 4 week Mom Fit Series focused on gaining strength, building endurance, deep core conditioning, and most importantly, challenging yourself. This series will focus on keeping things interesting, and your body guessing as we incorporate a variety of training styles. With strength training as the foundation, we will incorporate everything from slow controlled resistance, power and agility, cardio blasts,  barre and balance. Classes will use dumbbells, booty bands , sliders, and of course, beautiful baby weight is always an option.

This series will leave you feeling STRONG as a MOTHA -Powerful, Capable, Energized, Connected and Confident in your ability to do hard things!

This series is a perfect compliment to your post partum journey; with babe by your side, or on your own.

BABY & ME YOGA

Thursdays 11:00 - 11:45am

Happy parents, happy baby! Post partum connections are so important to be a healthy parent. In this baby and me yoga class, we will incorporate some poses with your pre-crawlers. Parents will also have a chance to enjoy some yoga & self care to help recover from birth or fatigues, and connect with other parents.

Don’t be afraid your baby will cry, you can stop and feed or pass them to the teacher for a little break while you practise.

Join us to breathe, stretch and make new friends for both you and your baby

Stacey takes a holistic approach to this class. She fosters connection between the parents with a sharing period at the beginning, you may relate or have a trick to share!

PRENATAL YOGA

Taking care of mom & baby is the goal of our prenatal yoga program.

This class is designed to provide pregnant moms a space to connect with their changing bodies as well as other parents-to-be. The opportunity to share their experience to others in their community as well as tapping into the innate wisdom within.

You will be guided through asana that prepares you for pregnancy, giving birth, and provides a foundation for postpartum recovery. Cultivate a new awareness that will assist you through labor and delivery, and find a deeper connection with your growing baby. In this prenatal yoga session you will learn not only how to prepare your hips and pelvic floor for your big day, but also some good opening stretches and restorative poses that will help you relax during your pregnancy, throughout your labor, and after your birth.
